When will I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after processing, depending on your location. Some remote areas may take a bit longer or require a surcharge.
Do you ship everywhere in South Africa?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. However, certain high-risk or no-go areas may experience delays or require additional delivery fees. We’ll contact you if this applies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card, EFT, Payfast, Zapper and Mobicred . Please note that orders are only processed once payment has cleared in our account.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
If an item is marked as out of stock, it won’t be available for direct purchase on the website. However, if you're still interested, you can contact us, and we may be able to place a manual backorder for you—subject to supplier availability.
